Shipping & Delivery
The delivery is a process in two phases
1- processing
We take great care in preparing your items. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and package your order before it ships out to you.
2- shipping
All orders ship from the US with a tracking number. The shipping is standard and typically takes 2–5 business days.
Your order will arrive at you in 4-10 business days.
There are many factors in the process, and something can always go wrong. We do our best to ensure that this does not happen. We will always keep you informed and provide updates when necessary.
Returns & Exchanges
1- Returns or exchanges on standard items are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
2- You can return or exchange the product to the address that you find on the packing slip.
3- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4- The buyer is responsible for the damage if the item is not returned in its original condition.
5- After we have received and checked the product we refund or send the exchange.
6- No returns and exchanges for custom and personalized products
Cancellations
We move quickly to get your order ready. Cancellations are only accepted if production has not yet started. Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your purchase.
